Introduction
The modus operandi of conducting of the NRC is highly suspecious,
because it does not provide any clear answers for those directly affected by it.
It also seeks to write off the presence of actual citizens by lopsided
rules. In the event of being declared a doubtful citizen, they have no
legal recourse or a fair chance to defend themselves and prove their
citizenship.
